Knowfinity Academy LLP – JobPakki Refund Policy

Preamble

This Refund Policy (Policy) pertains to the use of JobPakki.in, a proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product of Knowfinity Academy LLP. By subscribing to our services, the subscriber (You) agrees to the terms set forth herein.

Assurance

JobPakki is committed to providing a high-quality service that enhances job seekers chances of securing interviews. We recognize the trust placed in our platform and have formulated this Policy to ensure transparency in our refund process.

Refund Provisions

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy, JobPakki offers a 60-day refund eligibility window. However, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria

Initial Subscription Only: Refunds are applicable only for first-time subscriptions and do not apply to renewals or subsequent purchases.
Continuous Usage: The subscriber must demonstrate active and continuous usage of JobPakki for at least 45 days, including job applications sent through the platform.
No Interview Opportunities: If the subscriber has used the platform continuously for 60 days and has not received any interview opportunities, they may request a refund.
Evidence Submission: Subscribers must provide proof of usage, including job application history and lack of interview invitations, to validate the claim.

2. Refund Initiation Process

Communication: The refund request must be formally initiated by contacting JobPakki support team within 30 days of the initial subscription.
Verification: Subscribers must submit all necessary documentation as per Section 1.
Processing Time: If the claim is validated, refunds will be initiated immediately. However, bank processing times may vary, and refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
